Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. Bedford, IN is seeking a shipping/receiving professional to inspect materials, verify documents and record acceptance in Navy ERP. You will prepare shipments, coordinate pickups and assist with packaging and inventory control.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year shipping/receiving experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, knowledge of shipping regulations, and experience with inventory software. Active SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shipping and receiving role is required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with inventory management software and shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect material and verify quantities and documents.
• Record receipts and acceptance status in Navy ERP.
• Maintain order and shipment files and research delays.
• Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate pickup.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, loading, inventory and disposal documentation.
