Hepburn and Sons LLC seeks an Associate Analyst to support the PMS 443 HM&E program office, aiding Navy readiness and ship modernization. You will work with a diverse team of experts and mentors across levels to execute acquisition and logistics tasks.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong data research, and exceptional communication and writing skills. Travel is occasional and supports program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, or managerial discipline.
• Strong data analysis and research ability.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to PMS 443 H Material Manager, identifying and tracking Insurance Spares for targeted systems.
• Research Acquisition Topics, DOD 5000, AO acquisitions, and milestones for ACAT/non-ACAT programs.
• Develop communication strategy, messages, and briefing materials for Navy senior leaders.
