Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to support the In-Service Submarine Program Office with executive-level tasks, planning and reporting for Navy program initiatives. You will assist in CM/ILS, logistics data tracking, and issue resolution for complex submarine platforms.

Ideal candidates have a DoD Secret clearance, Navy logistics experience, and strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Power BI and CM/ILS tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or five+ years supporting a Navy customer in a business capacity in lieu of a degree.
• Five+ years of experience with U.S. Navy logistics procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support planning, tracking, executing and reporting program initiatives.
• Coordinate CM/ILS program audits and technical reviews; assess impacts to logistics.
• Monitor CSA and in-service submarine logistics metrics and document progress.
• Prepare professional briefs for program leadership on risks and mitigation.
• Support DMSMS and Obsolescence Management IPTs/WGs; ensure quality in ESRS/ILS deliverables.
