Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5 years of knowledge of surface ship modernization, maintenance and repair policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel approximately 25%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update planning reports and financial reports for ship availability projects.
• Analyze data from systems to support resource allocation and trend analysis.
• Recommend changes in processes and policies for ship maintenance planning.
• Develop budget estimates and forecasts with detailed justifications.
• Prepare risk letters and naval correspondence per DON format.
• Support staff on business management and organizational theory.
• Review work specifications and maintain integrated schedules.
• Conduct organizational reviews and provide position management recommendations.
• Communicate information effectively to gather input and coordinate services.
• Deliver on-the-spot presentations to large groups.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
