Hepburn and Sons LLC seeks a Senior Analyst to support the PMS 443 BI program office, delivering strategic initiatives for Navy modernization and fleet readiness. You will work with a diverse team of engineers and analysts across acquisition topics and documentation.

The role requires DoD acquisition experience, a secret clearance, and strong data analysis, communication, and leadership skills. Occasional travel supports quarterly reviews and cross-team coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, or managerial discipline.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience with DoD and US Navy acquisition programs and processes.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; background screening and eligibility for classified information.
• Advanced understanding of US Navy mission, purpose, function, and organization.
• Significant experience related to US Navy programs or operations.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communications, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams; manage multiple duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to PMS 443 Bridge Systems APM in strategic initiatives.
• Research Acquisition Topics, DOD 5000, OTAs, and Milestone Requirements for ACAT/non-ACAT programs.
• Develop communication strategy, key messages, and briefing materials for Navy senior leaders.
• Support government managers in acquisition activities related to design, product development, tests, production, deployment.
• Track progress against schedules; coordinate actions; report proposed solutions; support meetings.
• Develop concepts, strategies, and procedures to execute ILS in acquisition and sustainment phases.
• Identify and analyze acquisition logistics actions for the Government customer.
• Perform tasks to develop knowledge in Acquisition Logistics methods and techniques.
• Guide less experienced team members and support program office tasks as a team.
• Travel infrequently (<5%) for Program Management Reviews and coordination.
