Job summary

Serco is seeking a Task Manager to lead a dispersed team supporting the DDG 51 program, coordinating CM, DM, CSE, design engineering, and financial analysis across sites in Washington, DC, Bath (ME), and Pascagoula (MS). You will ensure compliance with Navy requirements and resolve complex programmatic issues.

The role requires active clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in Navy program support and contract management. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance and US citizenship required for access to sensitive program information.
• Degree in engineering, business, management, or related field with relevant Navy/DoD experience.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and coordinating complex technical/workflow activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a dispersed team across multiple sites (CM, DM, CSE, design engineering, financial analysts).
• Oversee configuration management, data management of CDRLs, and procurement baselines for the DDG 51 program.
• Coordinate with Navy program requirements, perform financial trend analysis, and support IPT meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy instructions and maintain stakeholder alignment.
