Zusammenfassung

Serco Inc. is seeking a Task Manager to lead a dispersed team supporting the DDG 51 program.

The role coordinates configuration and data management, class standard equipment oversight, design engineering coordination, and financial analysis across sites in Washington, DC; Bath, ME; and Pascagoula, MS. You will drive cross‑functional workload, engage Navy stakeholders, develop integrated briefings, and ensure DoD instructions and DD Form 1423 data requirements are met, while traveling up to 10%

Qualifikationen

• Active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of Navy program support, defense contracting, configuration/data management, or related technical fields.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across distributed sites.
• Manage CM, DM, CSE, design engineering, and financial analysis tasks.
• Develop integrated briefs for senior discussions and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy instructions and DD Form 1423 requirements.
• Support program integration and cross‑functional collaboration.
