The role requires a current DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a related bachelor’s degree, with strong contract management experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to maintain)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
• Alternative: Associate’s degree plus 9+ years of relevant experience
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED plus 11+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business management, process improvement, or financial management
• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience
• Willingness to travel ~10% outside the DC area

Responsabilités

• Lead a large team providing administrative, financial, logistical, and management support to government training and project programs
• Engage with NAVSEA and shipyard SMEs to align support with tasking requirements
• Direct delivery of contract deliverables
• Coordinate quarterly and Ad Hoc program reviews
• Provide program infrastructure, governance, and process improvement support
• Manage budgets and perform cost control and financial oversight
• Ensure technical performance stays within budget and schedule
