Job summary

Serco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the U.S. Navy DDG MOD 2.0 modernization efforts from Washington, DC. You will monitor material procurement, production status, and delivery schedules, and develop analytics to support decision-making.

Key duties include tracking material, coordinating with program offices and OEMs, and producing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools. A DoD clearance and travel up to 25% are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance (secret) and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using databases and metrics to analyze logistics trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support material procurement, production status, and delivery schedules.
• Develop logistics metrics, trackers, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Coordinate with Navy, suppliers, and shipyards to resolve readiness issues.
• Review engineering docs to identify material requirements and changes.
• Track Government Furnished Material through procurement and delivery.
