Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Contractor Assistant Program Manager (Program Support Lead) to support NAVSEA 05Z in Washington, DC. The role requires DoD clearance, US citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience.

You will help with program operations, reporting, onboarding, and training while coordinating timecards and finances. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• A current/active DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S Citizenship.
• A Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced MS Office skillset including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in day-to-day operations within the program, including job description development, resume review, interviews, onboarding, and reporting.
• Coordinate timecard management and financial management activities.
• Assist with employee recognition and provide training to government and contractor staff on submarine operation, construction, risk management, and certifications.
• Prepare, edit, and present information concisely for senior management.
• Work with minimal supervision and in time-sensitive environments.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
