Job summary

ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager II to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.

Responsibilities include leading program management activities, coordinating with Navy and contractor staff, and supporting risk management and performance tracking. A minimum Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs in a DoD or Navy environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Security clearance: Minimum Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting deliverables and schedules.
• Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff to ensure milestones are met.
• Support risk management and performance tracking, maintain documentation and communications.
