Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Program Management Support professional to assist in the execution of complex U.S. Navy programs supporting RDT&E and operational activities.

You will work with government and contractor leadership to support program execution, cost and schedule tracking, documentation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong organization, multiple cross-functional coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with Navy/Defense programs or contractors.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program execution and action item tracking.
• Assist leadership with cost, schedule, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, materials, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings and program reviews, including minutes and action items.
• Develop and maintain program documents, plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with risk, issue, and opportunity management.
• Coordinate across engineering, logistics, security, contracting, and customer teams.
• Track customer requests, deliverables, and contract actions.
• Support long-range program planning and execution.
