Job summary

EPS Corporation in Florida is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules for T&E activities and Surface Support Craft operations. You will coordinate with program managers, engineers, logistics, and operations to ensure on-time execution and mission readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years of project scheduling experience, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, and strong CPM knowledge. DoD/Navy environments and security clearances may be relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, including CPM.
• Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) or operational environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for T&E events, vessel operations, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with program managers, engineers, logistics, and operations personnel to define schedule requirements and dependencies.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float analysis, and resource loading.
• Update schedules regularly based on project status, changes, and evolving requirements.
• Support planning and execution of T&E events by aligning schedules with operational and logistics timelines.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, metrics, and briefings to government and contractor leadership.
• Ensure schedules comply with DoD and Navy scheduling best practices and contractual requirementsIntegrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive, program-level view when required.
• Maintain proper configuration control of scheduling data and documentation.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification
• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
