Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support a Navy weapon systems program in Arlington, VA. You will manage day-to-day budget execution, route funding requests, build spend plans, and ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations.

Must have an active DoD secret clearance and strong Excel skills. Responsibilities include NEPS task planning, BMPs, and cross-stakeholder coordination with BFMs, APMs, and NAVSEA partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations and budget execution across a program lifecycle.
• Experience with Navy ERP and related financial regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and DoD/Navy financial management exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Funding Execution: prepare, route, track, and execute MIPRs, WRs, and PR funding packages.
• Navy ERP Management: maintain financial records, commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
• NEPS & Task Planning: develop TPSs aligned with WBS structures.
• Phasing & Spend Plans: update OPP/EPP and monitor burn rates.
• Financial Reporting & Data Calls: generate status reports and respond to data calls.
• Cross-Stakeholder Coordination: work with bfms, apms, PARMs, NAVSEA, and partners.
