Qualifications

• 4–10 years’ experience as a contracts or program analyst for a Government program office.
• Knowledge of Navy-specific financial systems such as ERP, MSIL, and NEPS.
• Active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget preparation assistance and financial guidance.
• Measure performance and assess budget effects of programs.
• Review estimates for accuracy and conformance with procedures.
• Research economic and financial developments affecting spending.
• Coordinate financial activities across stakeholders.
• Manage funds across multiple funding types and track variances.
• Produce executive summaries and financial reports.
• Interpret financial management principles and apply policies.
