Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Systems Analyst in the Arlington, VA area to provide business and financial support to Navy program offices. You will work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, coordinating with government leadership and external stakeholders.

Role requires strong Excel/Office skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A security clearance eligibility and related credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience providing business and financial support to U.S. Navy program offices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field from a US-accredited institution.
• EVM Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• DAU Cost Estimating credential would be very nice to have.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitask ability.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by MBC and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget support and financial analysis for Navy program offices.
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures.
• Develop guidelines and policies governing budgeting procedures.
• Plan internal and external engagements, meetings, conferences and events.
• Assist in drafting briefing material per Navy guidelines.
• Coordinate data calls and consolidate information for government leadership.
• Attend meetings and program reviews; assist with presentations and communications.
• Travel domestically and internationally to client sites as required.
