Job summary

Decision Technologies is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Mid-Level Financial Analyst to execute core financial operations within a Navy weapon systems Program Office in Arlington, VA.

You will manage day-to-day budget execution, support funding documentation, and drive spend plans while coordinating with government and industry partners. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• NAVY ERP and NEPS system experience.
• Experience creating, routing, and executing MIPRs, WRs, and PR funding.
• Education: High School Diploma or Associate Degree with 7–10 years finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Execute program funding and MIPRs per DoD/Navy regs.
• Maintain Navy ERP records and monitor obligations.
• Lead TPS development using NEPS aligned to WBS.
• Prepare Obligation and Expenditure Phasing Plans and monitor burn rates.
• Produce financial reports and respond to data calls and CR drills.
• Coordinate with BFMs, APMs, PARMs, NAVSEA centers and industry.
