• Knowledge of Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Gather requirements, initiate projects, track progress and maintain IT standards.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Support Sailor performance improvement initiatives to enhance readiness.
