Job summary

Asp Web Solutions, a nationwide staffing company, invites applications for a Portsmouth, VA position as a Black Belt Navy Performance Improvement Analyst. Local candidates are preferred.

This full-time role requires SPIDR knowledge, Navy personnel development experience, and a Secret clearance. You will develop and document SPIDR system components, gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure IT standards are met. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare preferred.
• Secret Clearance or eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate.
• 3+ years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in a government environment (prefer US Navy).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities related to gathering requirements, project initiation, project tracking and IT standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication in both technical and business requirement discussions.
