Job summary

Asp Web Solutions seeks a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst based in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on improving Sailor readiness through SPIDR program development, documentation, and data management.

You will gather requirements, initiate projects, track IT standards, and collaborate with both technical and business teams. A Secret Clearance or eligibility is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent quality framework.
• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Experience gathering requirements, initiating projects, tracking progress, and maintaining IT standards.
• Secret Clearance or eligibility for Secret Clearance.
