Job summary

Asp Web Solutions in San Antonio, TX seeks a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst to support Sailor development and readiness. The role focuses on SPIDR system management, requirements gathering, and IT standards adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in government performance improvement analysis, and hold a Secret Clearance or are eligible. A Black Belt certification is a plus, with local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a government sector (preferably the US Navy).
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities related to gathering requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective technical and business requirement discussions.
• Provide tailored training resources to Sailors as part of performance improvement initiatives.
