Job summary

Asp Web Solutions in San Diego, CA seeks an Improvement Sciences Specialist to drive Navy-focused performance improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methods. You will develop SPIDR system requirements and document IT standards.

Ideal candidates have six years in government performance analysis, a Secret clearance or eligibility, and Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification. This full-time role offers strong career development and benefits while supporting Sailors’ readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a government sector (preferably the US Navy).
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
• Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Must have a strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management).
• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities related to gathering requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• Maintain strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
