Qualifications

• . Associate degree or coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• . High school diploma with formalized military training (e.g., NEC or C schools) valued and may be considered.
• . Four years of hands-on experience in the U.S. Navy OMMS-NG system.
• . Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel and general database usage.
• . Strong written and oral communication skills coordinating with Government representatives and Prime Contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Process, input, track, and close out maintenance work candidates in OMMS-NG with 100% data integrity.
• Conduct detailed technical research to identify and validate parts, NSNs, and materials.
• Extract data and compile routine maintenance and supply tracking reports.
• Liaise with Government reps, contractor supervisors, technicians, and clerks to resolve discrepancies and verify status.
• Perform routine data cleansing, backlogs checks, and archive completed records.
• Document maintenance requirements using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations, and suggest workflow improvements.
