Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics in Panama City, FL is seeking an Operating Materials and Supply Coordinator to support Navy OM&S operations in the NERP environment. The role focuses on data extraction, reporting, and training to ensure accurate execution of the Navy OM&S program.

The candidate will prepare management reports, develop training materials, and provide user support across a diverse technical staff, with on-site work in Panama City, FL.

Qualifications

• US citizen able to undergo local and federal background checks, including credit.
• Must be able to obtain government customer CUI before starting.
• Strong working knowledge of Navy OM&S within the NERP system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navy standard version 2016.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with personnel at all levels.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Familiarity with Navy OM&S processes, training development, and user support is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support process improvement efforts.
• Experience performing Quality Assurance for Procurement Requests and related documentation.
• Knowledge of Navy records management requirements (SECNAV M‑5210.1 CH‑1) preferred.
• Ability to research and resolve issues related to frustrated material and material identification.
• Experience supporting acquisition-related tasks, including creation of Material Masters and Requirement forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from NERP to produce accurate OM&S reports.
• Prepare monthly presentations and spreadsheets to communicate OM&S status to NSWC PCD leadership and staff.
• Monitor abnormal or trending OM&S conditions to support process analysis and improvement.
• Assist in developing and tailoring OM&S training for NSWC PCD personnel.
• Prepare OM&S training materials and support the delivery of training sessions.
• Provide OM&S user support to a diverse workforce across multiple disciplines.
• Perform QA checks to support Procurement Request creation and KSDs.
• Research and identify frustrated material and determine ownership and financial accounting lines.
• Archive official records per SECNAV M‑5210.1 CH‑1 using Navy records management system.
