Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst (Maintenance Assistant Requirements Officer) to support the Aviation Fleet Readiness Center with analyses of aircraft, engines, and support equipment logistics for the Navy.

You will work across JCIDS, FYDP, and POM processes to develop requirements, perform technical analysis, and advise leadership on aviation maintenance programs and budget implications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 13 years of aviation maintenance managerial experience.
• Active Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support JCIDS process by drafting or reviewing concepts of operations and related documents.
• Analyze FYDP and POM requirements to defend Fleet priorities.
• Prepare and route program documents; incorporate comments into final versions.
• Research and evaluate program requirements, resourcing, and objectives in the POM process.
• Conduct studies and report results on program performance and aviation development trends.
