Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to advise Navy and Marine Corps on NGJ requirements and budget execution.

You will work with government Requirements Officers to translate fleet priorities into defensible requirements and executable funding strategies, impacting EA-18G and carrier-based platforms. You will draft and adjudicate JCIDS documentation, coordinate across services, and deliver data-driven, executive-level briefings and papers for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility).
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
10 years of Navy/Marine Corps electronic attack or strike fighter experience in an OPNAV-like government staff environment.

Responsibilities

Advise government Requirements Officers on strike and electronic attack priorities.
Develop and manage JCIDS documentation through government review and acceptance.
Coordinate stakeholder comments across Navy/Marine Corps and joint bodies for approved requirements.
Analyze NGJ inventory strategy, force structure, and platform transitions for leadership.
Support POM development, PRRs, and issue papers for senior decision-makers.
Monitor budget execution using government financial systems and identify risks.
Produce executive briefings, white papers, and point papers on technical, operational, and budgetary topics.
Serve as SME on EA-18G and related airborne electronic attack platforms with external stakeholders.
