Job summary

Cydecor is seeking a Program Manager for the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) contract. You will oversee a 70+ person program and coordinate with the Government PMO, delivering multiple software applications across the enterprise.

The role requires a US Navy software background, a security clearance, and strong leadership, communication, and Agile practice. The position is based in Norfolk, VA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in program management or related field.
• Proven experience leading large Navy software development programs.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership of direct reports and matrix teams.
• Proactive thinking and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track detailed program plans across the NRRE enterprise.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and report milestones to stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise level teams delivering software across multiple applications.
• Coordinate with Government PMO and Enterprise PMO on priorities and issues.
• Ensure CPAR focus: schedule, quality, cost control, and management.
