Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) contract.

The role oversees the complete enterprise project with 70+ staff and multiple software applications, ensuring integrated management across budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. You will work directly with Government PMO, Enterprise PM, and Project Leads to align solutions with Navy readiness requirements, drive CPAR outcomes, and maintain cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program management or related experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex Navy software development programs across multiple applications and teams.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist PLs to develop and track detailed project plans and schedules across the enterprise.
• Identify obstacles and risks; implement mitigations and report milestones to senior management and Government customers.
• Manage a team of enterprise-level staff supporting software development lifecycle execution.
• Coordinate with Government PMO and Enterprise PM to resolve issues and priorities.
• Ensure understanding of customer business context to deliver iterative, agile solutions.
• Maintain CPAR scores and manage budget, staffing, and monthly status reports.
