Job summary

KBR Defense and Intel Growth Organization seeks a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to partner with D&I operations leadership to develop and refine growth strategy, leveraging DoW, Navy/Maritime, and USMC relationships to win large contracts. The role requires 15+ years in BD and capture, Top Secret clearance, and a track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex pursuits.

Location: Hybrid in NCR or San Diego; travel 20-50%.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in BD and capture of contracts > $250M.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and pursue strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans aligned with D&I strategic goals.
• Identify growth areas and build new business aligned with strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with timely updates.
• Guide BD and Capture teams to meet growth metrics.
• Lead opportunities shaping and win strategy development.
