KBR is seeking a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to shape and execute the divisional growth strategy, partnering with D&I leadership to win large DoW and Navy/Maritime contracts.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in business development and capture, a Top Secret clearance, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams, proposals, and color-team reviews, with strong relationships in DoW, Navy/Maritime, and USMC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, science, or related curriculum.
• 15+ years in business development and capture with contracts >$250M.
• Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility.
• Proven leadership in mature capture organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans aligned with D&I goals and strategy.
• Maintain a Salesforce pipeline with timely updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Growth, Operations, Solution Architecture, Proposal Services.
• Mentor Capture Managers and drive win strategies.
• Engage DoW, Navy/Maritime, and USMC stakeholders to shape opportunities.
