Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to manage HM&E contracts and task orders focused on Navy AC&R systems.

You will coordinate with AC&R engineers, subcontractors, and government customers to ensure on-time delivery and technical compliance across NSWCPD tasks. The role requires engineering leadership, contract management, and familiarity with NAVSEA processes, with travel to project sites in PA and VA as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical).
• Five+ years managerial or supervisory experience managing engineering projects.
• Two+ years direct experience with U.S. Navy auxiliary systems and AC&R systems.
• Knowledge of NAVSEA technical requirements (9090-310, NAVSEA Standard Items, NAVSSES 4790.2).
• Eligible to obtain SECRET clearance and travel up to 30% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee execution of contracts, task orders, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with AC&R engineers to support contract requirements and technical tasks.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance to ensure contractual and technical compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and POA&Ms using Microsoft Project.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
