Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to provide technical, programmatic, and contract management support for HM&E contracts with a focus on Navy AC&R systems.

The candidate will coordinate with engineering teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal management to ensure contracts are executed on schedule and in accordance with specifications. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, schedules, and plans, managing data deliverables,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical.
• 5+ years managerial or supervisory experience on engineering projects.
• 2+ years direct experience with U.S. Navy auxiliary systems and AC&R systems.
• Working knowledge of NAVSEA requirements, including 9090-310 and NAVSEA Standard Items.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant identification or U.S. Passport; eligible for SECRET clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% between Philadelphia, PA and Norfolk, VA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution of contracts, task orders, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with AC&R engineers to support contract requirements and technical tasks.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance for contractual compliance.
• Develop cost estimates, task orders, technical proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, develop, and maintain project schedules and POA&Ms using Microsoft Project.
• Support project initiation with kickoff meetings, resource planning, and scheduling.
• Prepare and submit contract and program reports, including monthly status and trip reports.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management on financial performance and resource needs.
• Ensure alignment with Quality and Safety Management Systems and customer requirements.
