Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a talented Engineer to support critical naval engineering projects. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, drafting, testing, and technical support to enhance Navy AC&R systems and equipment on ships.

Work closely with teams to install, test, and maintain critical ship systems and ensure operational readiness for the U.S. Navy. The role offers an opportunity to contribute innovative engineering solutions in a fast-paced DoD

Formación

• REAL ID or U.S. Passport required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience focusing on Navy AC&R systems.

Responsabilidades

• Technical authority for Navy AC Plant, MRU and legacy refrigeration systems on ships.
• Support design, modeling, analysis, and testing of AC&R systems.
• Develop Ship Change Documents (SCD) and ShipAlts for Fleet improvements.
• Lifecycle support for AC&R equipment including installation, testing, logistics.
• Provide test facility support and readiness for AC&R testing.
• Perform EQT, testing procedures, witnessing tests, and document reports.
• NDt of heat exchanger tubes in condensers and evaporators.
• Support ship modernization programs with new technologies and control systems.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
