Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to provide technical, programmatic, and contract management support for HM&E contracts with a focus on Navy AC&R systems.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, government customers, and internal teams to deliver on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with NAVSEA standards and contract requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical).
• Minimum of five years in managerial or supervisory engineering roles.
• At least two years of direct experience with Navy auxiliary systems and AC&R systems.
• Knowledge of NAVSEA requirements and installation documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution of contracts, task orders, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with AC&R engineers to support contract deliverables and technical tasks.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and POA&Ms using Microsoft Project.
• Lead project initiation, kickoff meetings, and resource planning.
