Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to provide technical, programmatic, and contract management support for HM&E contracts focused on Navy AC&R systems.

The role ensures contracts and task orders are executed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with technical specs and company standards. You will coordinate with engineering teams, customers, subcontractors, and management to deliver results, manage schedules, cost, and risk, and maintain

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience on engineering projects.
• 2+ years direct experience with U.S. Navy auxiliary systems and AC&R.
• Knowledge of NAVSEA 9090-310, NAVSEA Standard Items, and NAVSSES 4790.2 docs.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance and pass security requirements.
• Willing to travel up to 30% to Philadelphia, PA, and Norfolk, VA.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee execution of contracts, task orders, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with AC&R engineers to support contract requirements.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and compliance.
• Develop cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare project schedules and POA&Ms using Microsoft Project.
• Support project kickoff and resource planning.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
