The role sits at the intersection of strategy, mission delivery, and business expansion, offering executive visibility and the ability to shape Navy programs and procurement approaches.

Qualifications

• Deep Navy experience with strong network across Navy ecosystem.
• Proven ability to turn access into growth.
• Experience leading large Navy programs as a PM or senior executive.
• Willingness to travel to Pax River, MD.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Navy portfolio strategy, growth plan, and execution.
• Serve as BD/Account Executive for Navy Portfolio.
• Leverage Navy relationships to expand footprint and revenue.
• Represent the company with credibility across Navy commands and partner organizations.
• Mentor Engagement Leads and Project Managers.
