THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with extensive Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT’s Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department in Newport, RI. The successful candidate will provide diverse financial analysis support across multiple Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC systems and processes.

This role involves active Navy ERP budgeting, EVM reporting, and funding document preparation, with potential travel to RI and the Newport worksite; Washington, DC area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; in lieu of degree, significant relevant experience or training may be considered.
• 7+ years of recent, relevant financial support in Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD environments.
• Proficiency with Navy ERP and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA/PBIS.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC financial systems including Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA, PBIS.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures, reports and management plans; track projections.
• Prepare analyses of Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections; provide impact analyses for budgets and project baselines.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Funding Documents; conduct EVM analyses and reporting.
• Create or improve standard TPS submission processes; prepare weekly expenditure reports and year-end analyses.
• Support timekeeping data review in Navy ERP and related defense administrative tasks.
