Job summary

Tyto Athene, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support a Government Program Management Office in Suitland, MD. You will perform budget analysis, generate ERP reports, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure timely funding actions.

Responsibilities include maintaining reports, supporting audits, and assisting in responses to Congressional inquiries. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Navy processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 3+ years with Navy ERP.
• Strong understanding of Navy financial management processes and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and macros.
• Knowledge of Navy funding processes and Government accounting principles and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with Government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget analyses to the Government Program Management Office using Navy ERP.
• Generate and maintain ERP reports on budget execution, obligations, and expenditures.
• Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely R&A of G-Invoices; review purchases and POs.
• Prepare reports in Excel and ensure data integrity with formulas and formatting.
• Develop and maintain financial management plans and review execution documents for accuracy.
• Maintain sponsored financial records and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely data delivery.
• Support audits and respond to Congressional inquiries as needed.
