Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to support AIR PMO, Robotic and Autonomous Systems at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role uses Navy-ERP (NERP), DAI, CSPT, CERBERUS and PBIS to analyze budgets and support funding execution.

The candidate will perform budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting, creating briefs and coordinating with stakeholders. A minimum of 10+ years in financial analysis with DoD programs and a Secret clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• MS/MA with 10+ years in financial analysis and DON acquisition using NERP or DAI.
• DoD FM Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• DAWIA Advanced or Practitioner Certified (BFM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CSPT and CERBERUS for PMO compliance and coordinate actions.
• Track and assist in financial drills and RFIs from PAE, SYSCOMs, and stakeholders.
• Utilize PBIS to respond to RFIs and track financial controls.
• Prepare monthly MIP reports.
• Maintain and organize budgetary databases from NERP/DAI/CSPT/CERBERUS/PBIS.
• Create funding documents in NERP/DAI (PRs, MIPRs) and support SOWs.
• Research and reconcile prior year obligations using DoD systems.
