NDI Engineering Company in Philadelphia seeks a full-time Configuration Management Analyst to support Navy engineering test activities on-site. The role focuses on maintaining CM data, reporting, and document control for hardware, software, and processes.

The ideal candidate has Navy inventory experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a high-involvement environment.

Qualifications

• US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.
• Five (5) years of professional experience in configuration management.
• Experience with maintaining hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software CM.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site during core NSWCPD hours (0900–1430) and notify in advance if unavailable.
• Support configuration management for hardware, software, and change processes.
• Use COTS tools to manage data in system-specific tracking databases (e.g., Material History Reports).
• Maintain Configuration Management Document Database and Document Index Tracker.
• Track Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Test Site Work Orders (TSWOs), TSOs, etc.
• Attend management meetings and record minutes; prepare supporting documentation.
• Provide change management and product configuration guidance to engineers and test group.
• Interface with Engineers/Tests on configuration changes to documentation and engineering CM.
