ACET, Inc. in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Journeyman Configuration Management Analyst / Management Analyst to support the H-53 variants program.

In this mid-level role, you will maintain rigorous configuration control over critical aviation products and program data. You will apply defense configuration management processes to track modifications, verify documentation, and prepare data for configuration control boards, collaborating with engineering, logistics, and management to ensure fleet

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in configuration control or related data management.
• Familiarity with MIL-HDBK-61A and DoD/NAVAIR workflows.
• Strong precision, analytical skills and data management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and interpret data to maintain configuration control over baseline acquisition products.
• Track configuration changes and maintain status accounting to prevent drift.
• Coordinate and support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) across offices and partners.
• Apply DoD documentation control and lifecycle procedures for technical data management.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics and program management to assess modification impacts.
