Synchron, LLC is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's Team Submarine at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. This on-site role focuses on IT customer service, security, and efficient operational support.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD/DoW SECRET clearance, strong communication, and hands-on experience with RMF, device management, and collaboration tools like SharePoint and MS Teams.

Qualificações

• U.S. Citizen
• Active DoD/DoW SECRET Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or IT Systems
• Four years of professional work experience
• Minimum one year of IT experience (three years preferred)
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills for both technical and business-related matters
• Strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support and troubleshooting for device management
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding security lifecycle and SAARs
• Assist with software transfers and managing TIE requests
• Administer SharePoint, MS Teams, and group mailboxes for collaboration
• Ensure compliance with RMF standards and manage data spill containment
• Coordinate facility requests and seating changes
• Lead process improvements across KM, IT workflows, and facilities
• Oversee mail room shipping and government property passes
• Configure and troubleshoot VTC/SVTC systems for executive briefings
• Bridge IT infrastructure with security protocols and facility support
