Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, seeks an exceptional Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II to independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.

The role involves creating lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments and presentations, formatting with templates, incorporating government comments, and ensuring quality through proofreading and checks.

Qualifications

• Three to five years Navy curriculum development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
• Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
• Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
• Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
• Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
