Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a remote courseware developer to design and produce instructional materials for Navy training. You will craft script storyboards, develop comprehensive courseware, and select media to meet learning objectives while traveling to Navy schoolhouses as needed.

The role requires 4-8 years in courseware development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment within the United States.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

Required Training and Experience:

• 4-8 years of courseware development experience
• Must possess excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
• Handle multiple tasks; flexible with work assignments
• Work well with a multitude of personalities
• Work with little to no supervision.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) development
• USN Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Instructor Experience analyzing existing training documentation in support of large training programs.
• Experience with USN training product standards and Instructional Systems Design process
• Courseware development experience with Adobe Captivate or similar tool
• Courseware development experience with AIM II or CPM/LOM

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
