Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) II to serve as the technical engine of the curriculum revision process, transforming operational Navy requirements into high-impact, modular learning interventions. This role requires a deep-tier expert who can bridge the gap between high-level analysis and hands-on development within the Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 142 series. As a team lead, you will manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, ensuring that every lesson plan, assessment, and resource requirement is precision-engineered to improve Sailor readiness within the Career Training Continuum (CTC). This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel and overnight may be expected
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
