Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group, seeks a Curriculum Developer I / Instructional Developer I to support Navy curriculum revisions under the CTC program. The role focuses on developing lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials, and formatting them using templates and style guidelines.

Responsibilities include incorporating government feedback, managing OMS repositories and version control logs, and performing proofreading and quality checks.

Qualifications

  • Navy curriculum development experience (0–3 years).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and design skills for training materials.

Summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer I / Instructional Developer I to provide developmental and production support for Navy curriculum revision efforts under the CTC program.

Essential Functions
  • Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
  • Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
  • Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
  • Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
  • Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.

  • Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
  • Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language

Work Environment

This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected

Experience

Zero to three years of Navy curriculum development experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
