Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
• Experience with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community technical/educational programs highly desired.
• Minimum 3 years documenting complex technical concepts and developing written products from stakeholder information.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and standardize training materials from multiple vendors and government sources into a modular package.
• Format and convert technical data into Navy/Joint lesson plans, Trainee Guides, and instructor presentations.
• Produce and maintain manuals, technical documents, training guides, and policy documents.
• Edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, and adherence to style guides.
• Evaluate communications for clarity and effectiveness and improve as needed.
• Ensure technical accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
