Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Navy Combat Systems and C4ISR integration.
• Ability to independently lead technical integration activities.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, ISEA, and PARMs.
• Familiarity with MIL-Standards and government-furnished documentation.
• Proficiency in creating layouts, wiring diagrams, and system docs.

Responsibilities

• Design major components or major portions of functional systems.
• Develop data, layouts, sketches, and notes for design proposals.
• Investigate ease of manufacture, material availability, costs, and specs.
• Coordinate with organizations affected by design development.
• Interface with Navy representatives to resolve integration issues.
• Support Navy design reviews and prepare engineering change documents.
• Represent Electrical Engineering in multidisciplinary design reviews.
