Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• 14+ years of experience with BS; 12+ with MS; 10+ with PhD.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Expertise in Power System Shipyard Interface and Electric Plant/IPS Control Systems.
• Ability to develop Electrical Power Load Analyses, One-Line Diagrams, and related analyses.
• Ability to mentor engineers and guide cross-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, test, and integrate electrical components and systems.
• Serve as senior integrator and SME for complex projects.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to engineers across disciplines.
• Advise management and customers on advanced technical studies and applications.
• Ensure subsystem interoperability and vendor test plans.
