Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Growth Director with proven Navy C5ISR experience to drive growth for PAE Mission Systems and NAVWAR. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and assisting with robust pipelines, including capture, proposals, and investment decisions.

Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with NAVWAR leaders, leading opportunity identification and proposal development, and shaping strategies for competitive win rates.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Naval C5ISR Systems and Navy Training community.
• Experience with OTAs, CSOs and alternative fast acquisitions.
• Ability to work and execute a quick reaction process for Task Order identification and proposal response.
• Active relationships with NAVWAR leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Position requires effective management and leadership of Business Development efforts.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, shaping, capture, and proposal development.
• Develop winning strategies, competitive assessments, teaming approaches, and price to win insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to sustain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manages assigned pipeline and drives completion of critical bid artifacts for proposal development.
